Jalapeño pepper and hot pork sausage fire up these crispy fluted cups.

  1. Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain on paper towels.
  2. Combine sausage and next 6 ingredients.
  3. Coat 4 miniature (1 3/4") muffin pans with cooking spray.
  4. Place won ton wrappers in pans, using fingers to create fluted shape.
  5. Lightly spray wrappers with cooking spray
  6. Bake at 350° for 9 to 10 minutes or until browned and thoroughly heated.
  7. Remove from pans and serve hot.

Yield: 3 1/2 dozen
