- 1 cup tomato juice
- ¾ cup unflavored gelatin
- 1½ tsp dry salad dressing mix of your choice
- 1 tbsp wine vinegar
- Bring ½ cup tomato juice to boil and add gelatin.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Add remaining ingredients, blend thoroughly.
- Shake before serving (gelatin makes the dressing thick).
