- 1 cup tomato juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- ½ cup chopped peeled mango
- ½ cup chopped peeled papaya
- ½ cup chopped fresh pineapple
- ½ cup chopped seeded peeled cucumber
- ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ¼ cup chopped red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp minced fresh cilantro
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ to 1 tsp. hot sauce
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and pulse 4 times or until combined.
- Cover and chill.
