Spicy Truffle Salmon Tartare

  1. Keep the salmon on a plate and put it into a freezer for 20 minutes or until thoroughly chilled.
  2. Slice the fillet to make 1/8 inches cubes.
  3. Add the salmon cubes to a medium-sized bowl along with the rest of the ingredients and mix delicately but thoroughly till everything is combined.
  4. Add the tartare along with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mix to a bowl, place the thinly sliced truffles on top (optional), and serve with chips.
