  • 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/2 cup meat substitute of choice (I use Yves Veggie Ground Beef)
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin oil
  • a few leaves of lettuce
  • garlic powder to taste
  • whole Wheat burrito
