- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped red pepper
- 1/2 cup meat substitute of choice (I use Yves Veggie Ground Beef)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin oil
- a few leaves of lettuce
- garlic powder to taste
- whole Wheat burrito
- Put olive oil, peppers, onions, tomatoes, and meat substitute in a frying pan and heat it all up. Add garlic powder to taste, or whatever spice you enjoy. Place on burrito with lettuce, wrap and enjoy!
