  1. Mix the beets, garlic, red onion, orange segments, orange juice,balsamic vinegar, tabasco, honey, nutmeg, allspice and fresh ground black pepper.
  2. Marinate for one hour.
  3. Arrange the spinach and mushrooms on plates.
  4. Top with beets and marinade.
