Spinach Salad with Raspberry Vinaigrette

Spinach Salad: 1 pound fresh spinach leaves, washed 6 green onions, chopped 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Raspberry Vinaigrette: 1/2 cup raspberry vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup sugar 1/2 t. salt

Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients; chill before serving. Tear washed spinach leaves into a salad bowl. Add green onions and toss well. Divide the spinach among six plates and top with sliced strawberries. Drizzle each salad with raspberry vinaigrette. Source: Academy Awards Suppers
