The same recipe may be used for nettles with cheese.

  1. Wash the spinach, cut into fine strips and boil some 10 minutes.
  2. In salt water, then wash.
  3. Fry the finely chopped onions and flour in oil and some water.
  4. Add the spinach and boil, stirring constantly.
  5. Finally add the beaten eggs and crumbled cheese.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes.
