Spring Radish Salad

Ingredients

• 3 – 4 bunches of radishes
• 2 hard-boiled eggs
• 4 chives
• 1 bunch of dill
• 4 – 5 tablespoons sour cream
• salt

Directions

1. Wash and thinly slice the radishes.
2. Finely chop the chives and the dill.
3. Sieve the yolk and mix with sour cream; pour onto the radishes.
4. Add thinly sliced egg white, salt and mix well.
