Squash Parmesan

 6 small crookneck or zucchini squash
 1/4 c. olive oil
 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
 1 t. garlic powder
 Slice squash 1 inch thick; spread in 9x13-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.  Drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle with cheese and garlic powder.
 Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
 6 servings.
