Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked yellow squash
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tsp salt
- dash black pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 2 eggs separated
- 2 tbsp fine dry breadcrumbs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Bake at 350 °F for 35 to 40 minutes.
