- 4 cups cooked yellow squash
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash black pepper
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 eggs separated
- 2 tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
1.Combine all ingredients.
2.Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
