- 5 ea squids
- 2 ea pickles
- 1 ea carrot
- 1 ea Onion
- 3 ea potatoes
- 100 g green peas
- Mayonnaise to dress
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- greens to taste

Peel boiled potatoes and carrot. Then cube vegetables, julienne boiled squids and dice Onion. Combine all the ingredients and dress with seasons and oil. Serve in a glass bowl, sprinkled with greens.
