- 3 cup bread flour
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 packet / 2¼ tsp yeast
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp powdered skim milk or soy milk (optional, but I think it helps)
- 1½ cup hot water
