Perfect Ayurvedic breakfast,lunch, or snack for increased vitality.

Ingredients[edit | edit source]

  • 1 Apple cored and peeled
  • 5 whole cloves
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions[edit | edit source]

  1. Dice Apple
  2. Add cloves and water
  3. Cook Apples until soft
  4. Discard clove cool slightly and serve
  5. Top with Yogurt Cheese for extra zing.
