  1. Cook bacon in large skillet over low heat; pour off fat.
  2. Return 1 tablespoon to skillet. Add celery and onions; stir until tender crisp.
  3. Add eggs; scramble.
  4. Add rice, mushrooms, pimentos and soy sauce.
  5. Toss lightly. Heat thoroughly.
