- 1 cups extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 oz. mint leaves
- 1 ½ lbs. stemmed and sliced strawberries
- 3/4 oz. Sugar
- 2 lbs. fresh mozzarella Cheese slices, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/8 cup & 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
For each serving: Place mozzarella, overlapping slices divided evenly between 8 plates. Spoon 1/3cup sugared strawberries around Cheese. Drizzle 2 tablespoons mint Drizzle and 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar over Cheese and strawberries.
