- 1 pint basket California strawberries, washed and stemmed
- 1 1/4 cups lowfat milk
- 2/3 cup unflavored lowfat yogurt
- 2 1/2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 ice cubes
Directions[]
Combine ingredients in container of electric blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into four B-ounce glasses. Garnish with orange wheels, if desired. Serve with straws. Makes 4 servings
