Strawberry mousse with fresh fruits. A pretty pink color.

  1. Place egg white in a bowl.
  2. Whisk 2 minutes or until light and foamy.
  3. Beat in sugar and strawberries.
  4. Increase speed and beat 15 minutes or until mixture fills the bowl.
  5. Transfer to a decorative bowl and freeze 4 hours.
  6. To serve---remove from freezer and garnish with fresh fruits.
