- 12 ounces Stemmed California strawberries
- 1 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 ice cubes
Combine strawberries, yogurt and honey in container of blender. Blend until smooth. Add ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into 24-ounce glass or two 12-ounce glasses. Yield: 1 (24-ounce) serving or 2 (12-ounce) servings
