- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup sparkling mineral water
- or seltzer or club soda
- Combine ingredients in a blender or food processor, process until smooth.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
