slice avocados in halves and shell out.

Mash avocados with a little chunkiness.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Add a little squeeze of lemon

Add 1 tablespoon of mayo.

Add cut up green onion.

Then add 1/2 pound of cooked bay Shrimp.

Fill in avocado shells and chill for a few hours.
