  1. Hard boil the eggs, shell and let cool.
  2. Cut in two lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and mix them with the oil poured drop by drop.
  4. Add the salt, sugar, mustard and the chopped dill.
  5. Fill each white half with this paste and garnish each with half an olive.
