- Hard boil the eggs, shell and let cool.
- Cut in two lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and mix them with the oil poured drop by drop.
- Add the salt, sugar, mustard and the chopped dill.
- Fill each white half with this paste and garnish each with half an olive.
