  1. Soak the white fungus, boiled by hot water for a while, wipe dry
  2. Remove seeds of green and red pepper, chop pineapple into small pieces
  3. Heat wok with 2 tbsp oil, stir fry red and green pepper in high heat, dish up
  4. Heat wok again with 1 tbsp oil, add sauce and stir fry well
  5. Pour in white fungus, pepper and pineapple, stir fry and mix well, dish up
