  1. Drain black beans and pour into bowl.
  2. In medium sauce pan, sauté corn until kernels begin to turn brown.
  3. Add corn to black beans with remaining ingredients.
  4. Mix together until coated.
  5. Top with fresh cilantro and serve with your favorite grilled fish, pork or chicken.
  6. Serve with ice cold Luzianne tea.
