Summertime Banana Pie
1-1/4 C vanilla wafer crumbs
� C finely chopped walnuts
5 T butter, melted
1 C milk
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 C sour cream
2 bananas, sliced
Combine wafer crumbs, walnuts and butter; press crumb mixture firmly against bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate. Combine milk and pudding mix; beat for about 5 minutes with rotary beater. Fold sour cream into pudding. Arrange bananas in crumb crust; pour pudding over bananas. Chill for several hours before serving.
Yield: 6-8 servings
