Super Chicken
1 chicken, cut up 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup pineapple apricot preserves 1/2 cup bottled Russian salad dressing
Arrange chicken pieces in shallow greased baking pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until tender. Makes 4 servings. Source: Unknown
