- 1 cucumber, peeled
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 orange
- ½ avocado
- ½ red pepper
- 1 cup grapes
- sprig of parsley
- 1 celery stalk
- Slice ingredients into bowl except red pepper.
- Blend avocado with honey, then pour over top and decorate with thin slices of red pepper and a sprig of parsley.
