  1. Cut tortillas into triangles and cook in hot oil until golden brown.
  2. In saucepan, combine queso quesadilla with milk and cook until melted.
  3. Add chili powder.
  4. Mix and pour over nachos.
  5. Decorate with slices of jalapeno peppers.
