This is a pizza dough that has incredible texture and taste while packing a healthy punch.

- 2½ cups whole wheat flour
- 1 pkg dry yeast
- ¼ cup flax seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup granulated garlic
- ¼ cup olive oil (separated)
- 2 tsp sea salt
- ¼ cup oregano or Italian seasoning
- 1 cup very warm water
- 1 tbsp honey
- cornmeal for dusting pan (coarse works best)

- Add flour, yeast, seeds, spices, garlic, salt and mix together in a large bowl
- Mix water, honey and 1 tbsp olive oil together and pour into dry mixture
- mix in mixer until forms into a ball of dough
- Coat large bowl with olive oil and place ball of dough inside, cover with plastic wrap
- Allow to rise until doubled in bulk (about 20 minutes)
- Lightly coat pizza pan with olive oil and dust with cornmeal
- After dough has doubled spread on pizza pan and pinch up sides
- bake in 450°F oven until it becomes firm (holds moisture from toppings better if par-baked)
- top with healthy topping and bake for another 15 – 20 minutes
