Super pizza 1

Super Pizza topped with, Olive Oil, Sliced Campari Tomatoes, Red Onions, Sliced Chickedn Breast, Garlic, Oregano, Chopped Kale, Asiago Cheese.

This is a pizza dough that has incredible texture and taste while packing a healthy punch.

  1. Add flour, yeast, seeds, spices, garlic, salt and mix together in a large bowl
  2. Mix water, honey and 1 tbsp olive oil together and pour into dry mixture
  3. mix in mixer until forms into a ball of dough
  4. Coat large bowl with olive oil and place ball of dough inside, cover with plastic wrap
  5. Allow to rise until doubled in bulk (about 20 minutes)
  6. Lightly coat pizza pan with olive oil and dust with cornmeal
  7. After dough has doubled spread on pizza pan and pinch up sides
  8. bake in 450°F oven until it becomes firm (holds moisture from toppings better if par-baked)
  9. top with healthy topping and bake for another 15 – 20 minutes
