  1. Combine soup and cheese; mix well.
  2. Add chicken, rice, sour cream, parsley, pimentos, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into buttered shallow 1½-quart casserole.
  4. Sprinkle rice noodles over casserole.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
