Super Spinach Casserole

2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese 1 stick butter or margarine 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and sliced 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced 1 can mushroom pieces, drained 1 can French fried onion rings

cook spinach. Drain and add cream cheese and butter. Stir until melted. Layer a greased casserole with layers of artichoke hearts, water chestnuts, and mushrooms. Spread spinach mixture over all. Sprinkle onion rings on top. Heat at 350 until thoroughly heated. Source: James and Sue Ulmer
