  1. Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add mushrooms, onion and garlic; cook, stirring 2 to 3 minutes until tender.
  2. Add mushroom soup and cheese spread; stir until cheese is melted.
  3. Add rice, chicken, broccoli, water chestnuts, sour cream and pepper.
  4. Spoon mixture into 2-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven; top with cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
  7. Return to oven until cheese melts.
