Description
This is one of the best soups to serve just as it is or as an appetizer. Its taste and fine ingredients speak parts about it. It is also easy for any one to prepare with a little bit of patience ! Enjoy !
Ingredients
- 900ml/30fl.oz. Stout (Sweet Brown Ale)
- Rind of 1 lemon
- 480ml/16fl.oz. milk
- 2 egg Yolks
- 1/2 Stick cinnamon
- 1 teasp ground ginger
- 1 level tbsp cornflour
- 3 tbsp Cold water
- salt
Directions
