Directions Edit

  1. Blend the first 5 ingredients in a blender until creamy and smooth.
  2. Sift baking powder, baking soda, and flour into a medium bowl; stir in Oats.
  3. Gently add wet mixture into the dry ingredients and spoon into oiled muffin tins.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes (or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean).

Notes Edit

  1. Soften by soaking in warm water for 15 minutes.
