Ingredients

  • 1 9-ounce can crushed pineapple

Directions

1.Thinly slice lemon, orange and sweet potatoes.


2.Alternate layers of potatoes, orange and lemon.


3.Combine pineapple, sugar, butter and salt. Pour over potatoes.


4.Sprinkle coconut on top, if desired. Bake at 30 to 40 minutes or until tender in 350 degree F. oven.
