  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mold a spoonful of the sweet potatoes around each marshmallow and roll in cornflake crumbs.
  3. Place in a shallow baking dish.
  4. Combine brown sugar, milk and butter in a heavy saucepan.
  5. Bring to a boil and pour over the balls.
  6. Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes.
