This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Bowers Estate in Fort Worth, Texas in 1994.

- Melt butter in a large frying pan then add potatoes and sprinkle with lemon juice tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle sugar over potatoes then fry until potatoes are tender and glazed turning often to keep from burning.
