  1. Heat the oil in a large pot.
  2. Add the greens, onion, pepper, dried , tomato paste, baking soda, and dried shrimp or prawns (if desired).
  3. Cook for fifteen minutes, stirring often.
  4. When greens are tender, add fresh shrimp or prawns, and fried or chicken.
  5. Adjust seasoning to taste.
  6. Serve with rice.
