Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Pour into a 8 inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until knife stuck in the middle comes out clean.
