Sweet Potato Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cup cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
• 1 egg
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 lb. butter
• 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1 cup evaporated milk

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Beat until light and fluffy.
2. Pour into a 8 inch unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until knife stuck in the middle comes out clean.
