  1. Combine rice, butter, salt, cinnamon, turmeric, cloves, juice, water, raisins and sugar in 3-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil; stir once or twice.
  2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 20 minutes, or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  3. Fluff with fork. Replace cover. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.
