  1. Rinse strawberries and drain thoroughly. You may remove the caps or leave them on for color.
  2. Mix together yogurt, brown sugar, and vanilla. When ready to serve, spoon the yogurt mixture into a pretty container and place in the center of a large platter.
  3. Arrange the fresh strawberries around the dip.
