  1. Combine cream cheese, horseradish and preserves.
  2. Spread thin layer of cream cheese mixture on top of each tortilla.
  3. Top each tortilla with two to three slices of ham.
  4. Top ham with thin layer of sprouts.
  5. Roll up securely, wrap in foil and refrigerate until serving time.
  6. To serve, slice into ¾-inch slices; secure with toothpicks.
