Ingredients Edit 1½ kg green cabbage ½ l water salt (to taste) 2 teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar sugar (to taste) Directions Edit Clean and shred the cabbage, put it into a little boiling water and cook until soft. Now add water if necessary. And season with the lemon juice or vinegar, salt and sugar. Serve as an accompaniment to lamb or cured meat.
