Ingredients[]
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 1 pound Chicken style seitan
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large bell pepper, cut in strips
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks with juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions[]
1 - Bring oil to a boil then add the Chicken , bell pepper, Onion , and garlic.
2 - Next add in the brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, constrach, juice. Let simmer until thickened.
