Sweet and Sour Shrimp Skewers

12 slices bacon, cut in 3 inch pieces and rolled up 12 medium shrimp, peeled 12 whole water chestnuts 1 1/2 cups pineapple, cubed 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce 2 cups prepared rice

Arrange rolled bacon, shrimp, water chestnuts and pineapple cubes alternately on 4 skewers. Brush with sauce an place on a lightly greased grill over high heat. Grill for about 10 minutes, until bacon begins to brown. Turn and brush with additional sauce several times while grilling.Serve over hot prepared rice. Serves 4 Source: Unknown
