A great comfort food made with basic ingredients you probably have on hand.

  1. Cut meat into serving pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, black and cayenne pepper.
  3. Coat meat with seasoned flour.
  4. In a large skillet, brown meat in hot oil.
  5. Add remaining ingredients.
  6. Cover; simmer 1 hour.
  7. Serve with potatoes or wide noodles.
