4 chicken breasts Paprika 4 tbsp. cooking oil 2 (6 oz.) cans frozen pineapple-orange juice concentrate 1/2 c. butter 2 tsp. ginger 2 tsp. soy sauce

Sprinkle paprika on chicken breasts. Heat up pressure cooker. Put in oil; when hot, add chicken. Combine juice, butter, ginger, and soy sauce; heat until blended.

Put sauce in pressure cooker. Close securely. Put pressure regulator on vent pipe. Cook 10 minutes. Serves 4.
